Why I started SweeShi?

It was late one night and I knew I had to be asleep so I can wake up for my 7am shift at work, when I received a text that just sent me over the edge. "No! I will not show up early again for my shift! I can't do this anymore!"

It was at that moment that I realized what had to be done. It's time I make each of my days that much more enjoyable by diving in head first to the thing I love most...desserts!

I have been baking, cooking and making desserts for the past 25 years, both professionally and personally. My speciality cakes always managed to make the special day just that much more enjoyable. SweeShi combines two of my most favorite dishes, Sweets and Sushi! The creamy mousse filled inside, rolled in chocolate ganache, topped with sprinkles and a little bit of chocolate syrup, OMG!

What is SweeShi?

• SweeShi is the combination of my two favorite dishes, sweets and sushi! With a creamy frozen mouse filled inside rolled in chocolate ganache topped with your favorite toppings, SweeShi is the perfect desert. Thinly sliced pieces make it perfect for sharing and portion sizing when eating on your own. The small pieces increase the surface area of each piece, maximizing the flavor of each moutwatering bite!
