SweeShi is a sushi dessert that combines two great things that I love: sweets and sushi.
The shape and size of every piece of SweeShi, as in a sushi roll, is just perfect when it comes to a desserts and sweets.
After years of cooking and making different types of desserts, I decided to make something special and unique because sometimes i want just a little bite of something sweet and sometimes a whole cake, when it comes to SweeShi I get to enjoy both worlds, I just go to the freezer, grab a SweeShi or two (or a whole roll) wait 10 minutes and I have my dessert with my favorite flavor or even few flavors without buying different types of cakes, and let most of it go to waste.
